AAS were contacted by a long standing partner of ours, Bellcourt Strata Management. The ceiling in the lounge room of this apartment had collapsed, and the AAS Maintenance team was required to urgently attend and make safe.

Following the make safe and cleanup the ceiling now needed replacement. The scope of our works to repair the ceiling were as follows:
- Remove all damaged ceiling and debris
- Remove any existing ceiling insulation batts
- Repair timber battens and ensure level
- Supply and Install new 10mm plasterboard
- Conceal fixings in plasterboard and patch and fill
- Paper tape concealed fixing joints between sheeting
- Supply and install closest matching cornices
- Paint white and set ceiling and cornices
- Remove all waste and clean site
